The Universe is very simple - what you are that's what you attract (that's why the vast majority of people are repeating the same relationships, same job situations, same money patterns,...)

But what happens when you change what you are?

When you heal and let go of old patterns?
When you change your mindset and feel different emotions?
When you change your vibe by being, thinking and feeling differently?

Your. Reality. Changes.

1️⃣ Heal - let go of old patterns & energies that don't serve what you're trying to create.

Still holding a grudge for ex-boyfriend? Forgive it.
Still reliving the past and blaming it for the inability to move forward? Leave past in the past.

And I know that this is not an easy task BUT don't let your past determine your future. If you've been able to go through it once AND come at the other end stronger, YOU CAN now decide to live in the present and create your future the way you want it to be.

2️⃣ Empowering mindset - shift your limiting beliefs to empowering ones.

Your thoughts hold energy.
Your beliefs determine your actions.
Your actions create your reality.

By shifting the beliefs and thoughts that are saying "you can't", "it's not for you", or "you're not worthy", you start seeing new possibilities and taking action in the direction of your dreams.

3️⃣ Trust that the Universe works FOR YOU

The first time you've become aware of your desire, the whole Universe started putting into motion everything needed for its manifestation.

But every time you doubt, question, or push you're creating resistance that is slowing down your manifestation.

So, let's be honest now.

If you've been reciting your goals, repeating mantras and affirmations BUT your reality stayed pretty much the same (frustrating, I know), this is what you should know.

The Universe doesn't speak English, Italian or Spanish.
The Universe speaks the language of VIBRATIONS.

So if you way "My soulmate is coming" and while doing that feel frustrated that they are still not here, the frustration NOT your words is what is creating your reality.

Instead of JUST using words try this:

1️⃣ When you say your goals/affirmations pay attention to HOW you feel

2️⃣ If you feel fear/worry/frustration/(any low vibe emotion) ask yourself where that emotion is coming from.

3️⃣ Ask the emotion: "What message do you have for me?"

4️⃣ Allow the message to come through without the judgment
